On 2/13/26 , we had an early morning and stopped by to the one place that I know for a fact that we can get a satisfying breakfast and coffee that will hit the spot. The food that day was cooked to perfection! It was as if we had a personal chef. Our waitress, Jen was wonderful! Jen even checked to make sure we had the Village Inn Rewards App. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and reminded us one again why we love Village Inn! I earned a few rewards and will be returning very soon for my free slice of pie.

I was a little leery of this place—only 4 stars? Crazy rundown exterior? Hmmm but convenience won and I am glad of it. It’s clean inside but smells old. Honestly, it’s just an old diner. We were seated right away and Crystal was at the table asking about drinks soon thereafter. She got them while we perused the menu and came back with them shortly afterwards. My son got the strawberry-banana French toast. My daughter got blueberry pancakes with blueberry sauce and I did the VIP because the options were crazy. I chose the 2 egg omelette, fresh fruit, pancakes and a small chicken fried steak, a Southern breakfast staple. Our food was out in minutes, hot and fresh. I was nervous the steak would be soggy as stated in another review, but I worried for naught because it was crispy, well seasoned goodness. My pancakes and omelette were fluffy, and my fruit was sweet and firm. My son’s French toast looked scrumptious with fruit splayed over every piece of his toast and the enthusiasm with which he gobbled it down confirmed it. My daughter scarfed down and her sausage and said her pancake was great. It was about 50 bucks for the three of us with coffee and apple juice. You can’t beat that. Highly recommend this place and Crystal was the consummate professional juggling a huge table of 10 alone while making sure her other tables weren’t without. I didn’t think to take pics until mid meal, but I have included them. Don’t be scared—this place is a gem!

I am a caretaker for a gentleman that came into your restaurant on Thanksgiving. He was taken care of so well by Laurie that he wants me to leave a review. First, he was seated by a nice young lady dressed in red. Everyone was busy waiting on other tables, but Laurie made sure to check on him right away. He was unsure as to what to order. She helped him decide on an ultimate omelet and apple, cinnamon pancakes. She brought him this cute card that said he was family and wished him a Happy Thanksgiving. She also helped him load the Village Inn app, and told him about free pie Wednesdays! He was alone this Thanksgiving and she made him feel welcomed. He will definitely be back and I may be with him! Thanks Laurie, you made his day!

Haven't been to this location in forever. Just because not usually on this side of town. Crystal greeted us with a smile and sat us immediately. They had lots of specials and breakfast and lunch options at 11:00an. Crystal was great help with the menu and gave A+ service. The food and drinks were all yummy. I tried the hash brown pancakes. Was different, but good. Definitely a good spot to stop to eat.
